Process

Our process, like all good collaborations, starts with a conversation.  An introductory phone call to familiarize ourselves to the client, their needs and the scope of the project.  Next an in person site visit will be scheduled to further understand the site and how the client desires to utilize their space.  Finally, a formal design proposal will be provided to the client.

Once engaged, the design phase of our collaboration will begin. Detailed site measurement and analysis is the first step in this process.  Followed by documentation of client needs, and sharing of visual inspiration.  Next a preliminary landscape design and 3D rendering will be presented to the client.

Once the design is finalized we will contact qualified landscape contractors to provide construction bids.  If necessary, we will also provide bid review and value engineering guidance.   During the construction phase we work diligently to provide a high level of communication with the contractor and client through frequent meetings, site visits and close collaboration. 

Concurrently with hardscape installation, a planting plan will be developed and installed to fully complete the design.  The end result is a beautiful outdoor space the client can enjoy for years.
